Living Wisely, LLC is owned and operated by Certified Holistic Health Practitioner Elaine Roemer. Elaine is a graduate of The Institute For Integrative Nutrition, with a diploma from the University of Columbia's Teacher's College and is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Severe food intolerances began Elaine’s journey with food and cooking in 2005. Conventional allergy testing and medicine did not affect the debilitating chronic abdominal pain, rashes, and inflammatory symptoms that attacked her body for many years. Finding alternative foods, learning to cook with non-traditional ingredients, and cutting all gluten and soy, taught Elaine a new level of understanding in self-care and patience. It also made her a self-taught expert on dietary transitions. 

Elaine’s Integrative Nutrition education, her background of dietary exploration, and her compassion, humor, and personal understanding give her a unique advantage when creating Living Wisely, LLC, a company dedicated to food allergy education, assisting those newly diagnosed, and  holistic health counseling.
